I will totally RLTW again with Ranger difficulty on Spartan mode. Out of ammo = run and hope u can get to the next objective which happened to me frequently LOL. Survival mode really does make you think hard about your weapon setups which to me adds a whole new level of tension. Most scenes are startling however this game does throw you into a ton of run for your life moments especially in the harder difficulties on Survival mode. My daughter walking on squeaky floorboards above me was often mistaken for in game sound that's how unbelievably clear it is. This was due to i was jumping and turning around way to often like a **** The audio bump from Metro 2033 to Redux is amazing although it does take a decent open ear headset with a soundcard to truly enjoy. The sounds in this game are so creepy at times that I had to take my headphones off and switch over to my speakers. I have a pretty sweet asus sound card for my Sennheiser HD 598 head phones. Regardless of how much brighter the underworld is then the original the Librarian sequence is and I swear to god just as scary if not scarier then the original.

Everything looks so much better then i could have imagined after only having seen screenshots before I bought the game.
